Where Dresden follows the river
East of the Old Town, Dresden opens out and becomes greener. The Elbe connects castles, vineyards and former village centres. This is a lovely way to discover how varied the city can be.
We explore the Elbe castles and valley, the Blue Wonder bridge and Loschwitz. Depending on our agreed route, we can include villa stories and Weißer Hirsch. If you’d like to go further, we can discuss Pillnitz Palace too.
An outing shaped around you
We can plan a walk or combine walking with an agreed form of transport. These places aren’t all close together, so we’ll choose the stops that suit your available time and pace.
Would you rather stay beside the river, look at architecture or take a break somewhere pleasant? Tell me what appeals to you. We’ll turn a list of sights into your own Dresden outing.
Routes, tickets and breaks
We’ll agree the meeting point and duration beforehand. Transport, tickets and admission are arranged separately and aren’t included in the guiding fee. Interior visits depend on access and opening times. We’ll also discuss the hills, longer distances and your group’s mobility.
